(M-F excluding major holidays) Standard shipping time frame is, 3-day ground shipping (least expensive) as a default at checkout. You may choose sooner options (Next Day) at the prices shown in checkout per your preference. Once shipped, lost, stolen, damaged shipments fall under USPS, or FedEx or UPS guidelines for protection and claims. All shipments may be received up to 10 pm on business days (M-S excluding major holidays or unforeseen supply chain delays).
